This patient is an 18 year old female who consulted with an interest in breast reduction surgery. She complained of neck and back pain, and had difficulty with physical activity due to the size of her breasts.
I recommended a breast reduction surgery for her which I felt would relieve the majority of her symptoms as well as improve her proportions and overall appearance.
After surgery the patient healed well and was extremely pleased with the improvement of her physical symptoms and youthful appearance.
